You may cancel or transfer a booking up to 10 working days from the day that the course is due to begin. Transfers to courses at a later date are subject to availability. Cancellations within 10 working days are not eligible for a refund or transfer. Cancellations and transfers are subject to a £30 administration fee. We reserve the right to cancel a course for a full refund.
